Chuck is the founder and owner of Furr Construction and Development, Inc. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University. He founded the company in 1991 with a customer first approach attitude. “By doing what is right, sticking to your word, you will always have a house to build. The longevity of our company shows our proven track record.” He and his wife Julia reside in the Eastover community and attend Lebanon Baptist Church where he has served as a Deacon for many years.
Daniel has always had a strong interest for construction. After serving 5 years in the 82nd Airborne as an Infantryman, he decided to start his career in the construction industry. Towards the end of his military contract, he began preparing for his next step.
He received a degree in Building Construction Management in 2019. The Army has taught him many valuable lessons such as leadership, accountability and time management, which is complementary to his construction degree. “I value what I have learned and carry it over into the construction field. I will not settle for anything less than a quality, well built home and a happy homeowner!” Daniel received his North Carolina General Contractors license in 2023.
Daniel enjoys taking what he has learned along the way and applying it everyday on the job to provide our homebuyers with the best experience possible during the construction process.
Adam is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in construction management, having earned his BS in Construction Management and a minor in Business from East Carolina University. His journey in home building began with his family business, and since then, Adam has successfully built and closed over 500 homes, delivering satisfaction to homeowners across eastern North Carolina.
As the Director of Construction at Furr Construction, Adam plays a pivotal role in overseeing the home building process. He collaborates closely with subcontractors, real estate agents, homeowners, and designers to ensure each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In addition to his role at Furr Construction, Adam is the President Elect of the Fayetteville Home Builders Association and is set to become the association's President in 2025. He also serves as a board member for the Fayetteville Police Foundation.
Adam resides in the Eastover community with his wife Lauren and their daughter Madelyn.
Lauren is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional committed to helping clients achieve their goals with Furr Construction.
Originally from a small town near Greensboro, North Carolina, Lauren began her career in the healthcare field. She earned a degree in Radiologic Science with a specialization in Mammography from Pitt Community College and spent eight years building meaningful relationships with her patients, their families, and her colleagues.
Despite her rewarding career in healthcare, Lauren discovered a new passion when she met & married Adam, and became involved in the home building and construction industry. Her growing interest in real estate soon turned into a full-fledged passion, leading her to obtain her real estate license and transition into the family business, which has proudly served the Fayetteville area since 1991.
Lauren now serves as the Chairperson of the Professional Women in Building of the Sandhills and actively participates in the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville, where she contributes to various committees. She is also involved with the Fayetteville Police Foundation, strengthening her ties with both the building industry and local community.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her husband, their daughter Madelyn, and their beloved dogs, Cooper and Lady, who are often by her side
